Students in Miss Wycoff's physical education classes have preformed like the champions they are in their fitness tests. Students were tested earlier in the semester (7th graders) or earlier in the school year (8th grade). Both groups performed well and all students are up to date.
Students participated in the following fitness tests:
Pacer (tests aerobic capacity)
Push-ups (tests muscular strength)
Curl-ups (tests muscular endurance)
Sit and Reach (tests flexibility)
Next week students will begin their soccer unit. Many students are excited to get this unit underway. It's safe to say almost all students in Miss Wycoff's P.E. classes are looking forward to getting outside during class as well! :-)
Links to study guide information will be up in the next few days on the wiki site.
